Howie Day played at The Theater of the Living Arts in Philadelphia on October 10, 2001. Karen and I went to see him together.  We had first seen Howie last October in Washington DC as he opened up for Great Big Sea. He said he enjoyed the crowd that night because they were the kind of people who cheer for the stage tech. (and we did!) Howie gave us a free CDthat night  because we let his girlfriend up into the first row. He now has a CD entitled Australia out in the stores. It's pretty good! Go see him! He is an interesting one-man show!
