| This sailor was having a terrible time making it out of the harbour under sail. He finally gave up and motored out past the rocks. He needed all the power to make it safely through the treacherous harbor entrance. |

| Ferryland was all I had envisioned. It was a beautiful outport and an exciting place to visit. I could see my initial object of interest, the lighthouse, way in the distance. |
