Great Big Sea at the Norva
All photos are mine! Anne Tenaglia
After the show, Mary wanted to see Sean so we went around asking of his whereabouts. Of course I did not discourage her. She asked Kris if he could get Sean to come out of the bus. Kris sighed and said, "Everybody wants Séan." Kris gave a chuckle and said he has no influence on the other guys whatsoever. He did take the CD cover into the bus to be signed by Bob and Sean though. That man is an absolute doll. Mary was in 7th Heaven and floated all the way to the parking lot. The only thing she wants now is to see if she can get a kiss on the cheek from Séan.
*shakes head* I have created a monster. LOL! For someone who knew NOTHING about GBS at 7 PM except "They are that band you chase all over the country," she has come around real fast, hasn't she? Must have been those dimples.

Going home today we again heard Ordinary Day as we drove across the bridge-tunnel with all the water surrounding us. What a day, what a day!
The ONE and ONLY photo taken  during the show that turned out.
I took about 12 pics. This was during
General Taylor.

See? Even my camera likes Bob!
I do like the wave effect here though.
After GBS' set, Alan, Darrell and Bob appeared up in the balcony area for a bit. Sean was sighted there before their set.

In the section reserved for family and friends of the band, Alan sat for a while with the woman from Petty Harbour.

We caught Alan and Darrell but Bob was elusive. We also caught Kris outside. Kris was nice enough to go in the bus and get Bob and Sean to sign Mary's CD. Not a bad souvenir for a first time fan!
The photos here and below were taken almost at the end of 7 Nations set. Kirk called the other bands out to sing Jock Stewart. Alan started the song as usual.

There seemed to be more people on stage for this version but Bob was nowhere to be found. Darrell was caught by surprise and was a little late for the song. He and Sean shared a mic stage Bob.

Meeting 3 out of 5 of the GBS troupe just made for a giddy Mary and a pliable Nancy. Of course the 4 beers they drank had nothing to do with that!

We walked around the venue before we found out Sean was in the bus and we met Dan Ackroyd and John Belushi who were also obliging where photos were concerned.
The family photos are on the next page with two close-ups - one each of Darrell and Alan. Go check 'em out!
